If you're a (shudder) windows user here are some instructions and guides on how to set up a linux system on your "PC" to begin aiding in providing data infrastructure to the piker community. One interesting setup to consider (before doing any of the below) is enabling the Linux subsystem on Windows though likely it will be much easier to get going using a virtual machine.
