CitofonoWeb needs some hardware to actually control a door. You can use a board like the PiFace, or build one yourself (in this case, some soldering skills are required).

raspberry+board

Components:

  • 1 Raspberry Pi & related accessories (cables, sd card, etc.)
  • 1 flat cable (to connect the board with the GPIO header)
  • 1 ULN2003/ULN2803
  • 1 relay 5V (i.e. Finder 32.21.7.005.2000)
  • 1 green led
  • soldering tools & wires

Optional components:

  • 1 buzzer
  • 1 red led
  • 1 RTC module
