  • No status: the document is needed, but not yet start
  • In process: someone has started to write the documentation
  • For review: the document is achieved, and needed someone to review it
  • In review: the document is achieved, and someone is reviewing it
  • Verified: the document is completely achieved, and have no mistake
• Status transition No status -> In process -> For review -> In review -> Verified
