Starting a CRE on the de.NBI Partner cloud via PhenoMeNal Portal - phnmnl/phenomenal-h2020 GitHub Wiki

This tutorial describes the steps required to start a PhenoMeNal cloud research environment (CRE) on the german de.NBI cloud and is a sub-section of Starting a PhenoMeNal CRE via PhenoMeNal Portal.

You will need a pre-exsisting de.NBI cloud account, which is free to German bioinformatics users. Please go to https://cloud.denbi.de/, and apply for an OpenStack project, and mention you want to instantiate a PhenoMeNal cloud research environment on the Giessen site.

Note: Please make sure to switch off the deployment after use to avoid continued use of the de.NBI cloud.

  1. Click de.NBI on the Setup New Cloud Research Environment page.
