To enable Bluetooth

1. Install bluez sudo pacman -S bluez
2. Install bluez-utils sudo pacman -S bluez-utils
3. To start Bluetooth right away sudo systemctl start bluetooth.service
4. To start Bluetooth during boot next time you start the system sudo systemctl enable bluetooth.service
