Welcome to the Outdoor Science Lab Lesson Area!

In this wiki, you will find a curriculum for an outdoor science lab. It includes 12 lesson plans with activities for two grade ranges, as well as SMART Goals and a description for how the activities fit into the Common Core System.

Each lesson plan has a PDF that you can download for printing.

I designed these to make science learning more accessible and fun for everybody. Hopefully this will make your jobs as teachers a little easier too!

1. To get started, read the introduction first.

2. Then, read this section about how to build your outdoor science lab. This includes visual Build Books to make it easier for you to build sections of your lab.
