The first five leaves are missing from the first quire (folios 1-5); the third leaf from the second quire (folio 11); the fourth leaf from the third quire (folio 20); the outer and inner bifolia 1.8 4.5 from the fifth quire (folios 33, 36-37, 40); the first seven folios from the sixth quire (folios 41-47); the sixth folio from the eighth quire (folio 62); the last folio from the ninth quire (folio 72); the seventh folio from quire 17 (folio 135); the inner three bifolia 2.7 3.6 4.5 from quire 21 (folios 162-167); the fifth folio from quire 23 (folio 181); the last folio of quire 24,the last folio in the manuscript (folio 190; RT finishes on 189v).
