KT is on folios 53 to 77; CL on 77-89.

Mosser's foliation takes account of the missing folios up to the end of quire 13, and so accords with ours through the segment containing CT. However, his foliation skips two missing folios in quire 14, and two further folios in quire 24, so rendering 212 (not 216) folios.
