Introduction

This documentation was initially written with the intent of helping terrain makers, but some of the topics discussed also carry into other area of Arma mod making. This isn't intended to be the be-all and end-all for everything Arma related, rather it's a supplement to existing guides, such as Snakeman's Ultimate Terrain Tutorial. Although a lot of this information listed will be provable facts, some of it does contain my own opinions and when I will state them as such.
