If the word(s) that you are annotating appear in the text more than once, Recogito will offer you the opportunity to re-apply the same annotation to the other occurrences. The usefulness of this option depends on the nature of your text and the purpose of your annotation, and you can always reject it by clicking the “no, don’t re-apply” button.

This function has two modes, a standard and an advanced one.
