When a negative skill targets a unit with Payback, the skill is also applied to the skill's owner.

No damage modifier is applied for the Payback.

Payback triggers before the unit dies.

If a card has both Evade and Payback, it will Evade without paying back until Evade is exhausted.

When a unit uses Payback, "decrement" the amount of Payback.

When a unit has zero (0) Payback, it can no longer Payback.
