Troubleshooting steps

1. Review log files under logs/ directories (for server under profiles/P*/logs )
2. Review README.MD file in distribution
3. Review Appendix H in the Admin guide (https://pc2ccs.github.io/docs/pc2v9AdminGuide.pdf or doc/pc2v9AdminGuide.pdf in the distribution)

Cannot login troubleshooting

Unable to contact server, contact staff message

The most likely cause is that the server is not running.

Second is that the module does not have network access to the pc2 server.

WTI unable to login

For WTI logins, it may be a NAT issue. See the admin guide section "Setting Up the WTI" for instructions about how to use wtiOverridePublicIP.
