Unsupported melee weapons will have the stats of w/e weapon they used as a base
i.e. an unsupported melee weapon that uses the greatsword as a base will fall back to using the same stats as resmod's greatsword instead of the stats it may have been given by the melee weapon's author

Changed visuals for Titan SWATs for the rest of remaining factions (Murkywater, Zombie)
Added a new effect for enemies being overhealed by LPF/Winters (no more permanent purple outline)
Dozer armor health now scales with difficulty, getting more durable as difficulty increases.

Fixed PJ PONR not working in Election Day (Day 2, Plan C)

Reworked the entire scripted endless assault in Safehouse Nightmare (with some small twists)
Increased the PONR timer to 5 mins in Crude Awakening Heist (from 3 mins)
