General
Updated for the Dragon Pack and April Fools' Day updates.
Difficulty Tweaks
Lowered Sniper health by half.
This was done to make them about the same durability when accounting for the new falloff system.
Removed legday from Shotgunners on Death Sentence.
It proved to be a bit much and just lead to armies of City SWATs bumrushing the player.
Shotgunners are no longer guaranteed to spawn in Rifle squads on DW.
This was done mainly to allow a more gradual increase in squad firepower from Mayhem>DW>DS. They still have a very high chance of spawning, however.
Tweaked the weight on Loot Bags to be a more gradual increase between weight tiers. Also removed redundant weight tiers that only added even more confusion as to how heavy a bag is.
Heists
Disabled PONR timer on FWB if you are not playing a Pro Job.
Implemented a few fixes courtesy of RedFlame for Framing Frame Day 3.
Fixed Bain playing incorrect lines regarding the vault.
Fixed an instance where you could restart the computer hack in loud even if power is off.
Fixed oddities with cops spawning on the Vantage point balcony.
Improved navigation links for both enemies and player bots.
Localization
Updated Russian Locale.
Enemy Assets
Updated Enemy assets.
Updated US Grenadier assets.
Updated US Skulldozer assets.
Skills and Perk Decks
Pigeon Shooter basic now increases movement speed by 60% while in steelsight. Aced now grants shotguns and flamethrowers 30% increased range and accuracy while in steelsight.

Rifleman aced now also increases rifle range by 30% while in steelsight.
Allows rifles to secure their role as the easiest weapon to get range on.
Desperado accuracy buff per stack reduced to 8% from 10%, now grants range proportional to accuracy buff.
Akimbo basic now increases stability by 16, from 8. Aced no longer increases stability. Now also increases ammo pickup.
Makes basic less of a dead skill, and provides another means of working around the inefficiency of Akimbo weapons at range by just having more boolet.
Walk in Closet's ammo pickup increase has been made baseline.
Weapons and Equipment
Implemented falloff on all player weapons similar to how it is calculated for player Shotguns.
Specific weapon categories have different effective range multipliers:
Pistols and SMGs have a 20% penalty to range, but also offer a 10% increase in ammo pickup to compensate.
Akimbo weapons have an even larger penalty to range, but offer even more pickup.
Sniper Rifles offer a 25% increase in range, emphasizing their role in long range roles.
Added Range as a displayed stat on the weapon info screen.
Added Ammo Pickup as a displayed stat on the weapon info screen.
Slightly tweaked shotgun ammo pickup.
Removed Threat as a displayed stat on the weapon info screen.
Seemed unnecessary and just a waste of screen space. Most players will probably assume that non-silenced weapons will be more effective at suppressing enemies.
Bug Fixes
Fixed more "Filepath not found" errors appearing in the BLT log.
