Convey a 15% movement speed penalty while equipped.
Draw/Holster about 20% slower than before.
This should give Rocket Launchers a little bit more attractiveness by giving them a stronger synergy with Bulletstorm and niche in Turret removal. Note that they still have considerably lower ammo pickup, concealment, and swap speeds than Grenade Launchers. Think of them as the LMGs of explosives.
Muscle
Now grants panic chance on all shots fired from your guns, rather than only for SMGs and LMGs.
Reduced concealment on autogenerated custom LMG stats by 2.
Previously they were consistently more concealable than the included LMGs.
Pistol swap speeds slightly reduced.
This helps to keep concealment and swap speed skills relevant on them. Pistols still retain very fast swap speeds.
Akimbo swap speeds slightly increased.
Mild compensation for above.
Reload speeds of double barreled shotguns and the Breaker 12G have been increased.
Previously they felt a bit too slow motion.

Fixed akimbo stat penalties not applying to the Akimbo Holt 9mm.
Fixed incorrect icon on the final card of Armorer.
Added clearer descriptions for various menu settings.
Fixed issues with certain custom mask descriptions.
Fixed inconsistent and incorrect stats on Vanilla Mod Pack Swat Pumps.
Fixed the reload timer on the RPG-7 being incorrect.
Interrupting bullet-by-bullet reloads by means other than pressing reload again now properly clears the input queue.
This is a vanilla bug, and why guns with these reloads sometimes only load 1 bullet/shell when you press reload.
