This is real solution for objective that China has set recently.
The only thing I would argue is reliance on airport. China has vast high-speed railways (300km/h) Moving HQ from Beijing to surrounding HeBei, would be 1-2 hours travel by train, while for short distance airplane would be actually slower (including time for trip to airport and on-boarding process) Also it is one more of objective by government to integrate Beijing with HeBei.

There's no #Google in #China. There's no google.com, no Google Map (they are old and inaccurate), no youtube, no Google Play store. There's no Google Data Centers in China. Expats and big companies may use VPN, but it is not reliable, 99% Chinese users don't.
Using GA (Google Analitics) script or HTML like <script src="https://ajax.googleapis will block page load for 10-20 seconds or longer. If you put those script in the middle of page load, your page will never finish loading.
Oh yeah, there's no #Facebook, no #twitter and some other thought-to-be-everywhere services
