To do together (as a team):

  1. Introductions: who we are & what we do (everyone bring 1 slide about your current research activities)
  2. General expectations for research group / subgroups (for postdocs/grads/UG's)
  3. Scheduling full group/subgroup meetings
  4. Scheduling full group student presentations for semester
  5. Review Instrument users/’owners’
  6. Make sure building access is setup for all students/users
  7. Lab Clean-up (EHS waste update, update chemical inventory)

To do individually:

  1. Complete availability poll ahead of time.
  2. Revisit previous semester student goals & identify current semester student goals.
  3. Update "publications" and "presentations" on google drive.
  4. Update your CV / Google Scholar / ORCID.
  5. Backup data / writing on google drive (best to do regularly)!
  6. Complete any necessary training courses.
  7. Review your description on group webpage & update as necessary.
