IT issues

1. Installing software? If it's a common program, try the TAMU Engineering Self Service Portal
2. Moving a PC? Make sure to update our Computer Inventory
3. Most other issues? Anything that needs Admin access, needs a request to ENGR IT. Submit a request through the IT Request Form. Be as specific as possible. Include the S/N (should look something like: MXL3091F0J), the bldg./rm #, the IP address (open a cmd prompt and type "ipconfig"), and the billing account number (231379-00000). Use the form instead of sending an e-mail to [email protected] to make a request.

Building access issues?

1. Complete access request form: MSEN_Office_Lab_Access_Form_2022.pdf submit to MSEN Building Access <[email protected]>;

Facilities issues?

1. In EIC/RDMC, contact Alex Neuendorf [email protected]
2. In DLH, contact Murat Kaynak [email protected]
