for this project we need:

• a sonoff device r1 or r2 = a 4 pins pcb header
• ttl to usb module
• 4 dupont wires
• optional a senor like bme260 er digital rainsensor

To modify the sonoff to the needs of this project, we need to solder a 4pins header on the board. When this is done we use this header to flash the software to the device. Next we can use the header for the connections to the sensor.
