debugging

Normally the uart on the sonoff is used to communicate with the various sensors. In the "settings" menu we can set the debugging checkbox. After a restart we can now see a lot of info on the serial monitor. Provided that the Sonoff is connected via the ttl-to-usb converter. In the debug mode we cannot talk to the sensors as the pins are assigned to the uart.
