LANL-CS

Tanner Broaddus

• Instrumented code with Caliper. But struggling to get it to report all the regions so-instrumented. Will report back.

LANL-Physics

Ben Ryan

• Particle physical boundaries PR. Used to be hardcoded. Now switched to an inheritance model. Ready for review. Already reviewd by Forrest.
• Concern about RDC but no obvious solution.

Josh Dolence

• Iterative tasks
• Working on tools for solvers
  • Sparse matrix like a big static matrix for Poisson where all coefficients are constant
  • More general matrix object, where the values of the matrix elements can change from row to row.
  • Working on conjugate gradient solver based on the sparse matrix stuff with Ryusuke Park.

Athena Physics

Forrest Glines

• Lots of progress on Athena-PK
• yt frontend progress. Slowly working out all the kinks.

Paper

• Remind people to do it.
• Homework is now due day before meeting, which is Wednesday, September 1.
