Setting up PackMules - papa-smurf/Gargul GitHub Wiki

Gargul allows you to setup PackMules, people who will automatically receive either specific items or items of a given quality based on a set of rules.

Setting up PackMules

Setting up PackMules is relatively straight forward. You can give items of quality lower than X to a person, items of quality higher than Y to a person, and hand out an unlimited number of specific items to any given person. You can open the PackMule window with one of the following commands:

/gl packmule
/gl pm

After which you're greeted by the following screen:

PackMule Settings Window

As stated, PackMules will only be taken into account when you're in a raid and are the masterlooter, and the rule you've set up applies to the loot that dropped.

The three options up top are very important to be aware of:

1. Enabled: The rules will only be applied if this box is checked
2. Persists after zone switch: PackMule is disabled by default after you as a masterlooter change to a different zone (e.g. you enter or leave an instance). If you check this box then PackMule will keep its enabled state even after moving between zones.
3. PackMule is disabled by default after you as a masterlooter reload (e.g. reload the UI or restart the game). If you check this box then PackMule will keep its enabled state even after reloading (use with caution!)
