rant json is an ugly data format:

• no comments
• superfluous quotes
• no extra commas allowed
• unnameble closing brackets ( in large xml files you see which tag is closed )

Writing JSON

x.json writes any value as JSON text: {a:1, 2:"x"}.json is {"a":1,"2":"x"} (keys are written as text), and quoted code becomes nested operator objects: parse("1+1").json is {"+":[1,1]}. ∞ and NaN have no JSON form: writing them is an error.
