Use local variables as missing arguments to functions

f y:= y*y+v
f(y=2,v=3) # 7

Named arguments set the free variables of a function's body too (decision P37, 2026-10-04).

Not supported (P37): filling a missing argument from a local variable of the same name, y=2,v=3;f(). A missing argument stays an error: implicit capture of same-named variables is too surprising. What is the point of providing arguments, when unbound external symbols are resolved anyways?
