You'll need to setup the order of the Metadata agents, as well as the order they execute in, so read along:

First select the settings, and then the server leaf

Then select Agents

Select as below:

1. Select the Movie leaf
2. Select the primary agent (We recommend that you do them all in turns)
3. Make sure that the Sub-Zero agent is enabled/checked, as well as dragged to the top

Then repeat the Movies task for the Shows, doing the same

Please make sure your libraries' primary agent is set to one you enabled Sub-Zero for!
