  • Where are the reconstruction outputs?
    • /HFIR/CG1D/IPTS-#####/shared/processed_data/$SCAN_NAME
  • Where are the intermediate results such as sinograms
    • During processing, they are saved in either /SNSlocal2/$USER (if running at CG1D-analysis2) or ~/work.imars3d (if running anywhere else)
    • After processing, they are moved to /HFIR/CG1D/IPTS-#####/shared/processed_data/$SCAN_NAME/work-$TIMESTAMP
    • If you don't want to keep them around, use option clean_intermediate_files="on_the_fly" when constructing the CT object
