Navigation:

l        toggles display of folder list

esc-f    focuses folder list

esc-esc  focuses message list

esc-m    focuses  messageview

esc-r    opens/closes attachment list

esc-1    displays first image attachment (if any). Close image view with esc

Image view: can be repositioned, TB remembers the position.

Notation: esc-f: escape. followed by f within 300ms.
