Download Ultimate ASI Loader x64

Rename ASI loader dll (usually dinput8.dll) to winmm.dll, add it to the game folder where Optiscaler is installed as Optiscaler.asi

Reactive Mask Bias at 0.65 seems to fix the flickering lights and improve car ghosting
