Suggestions for Annex D - Interoperability with other Programming Models:

1. Shorten description of MPI dynamic process and cite MPI standard for detail
2. Summarize what is valid and what is invalid when using OpenSHMEM with MPI dynamic process
3. Typo "effect the status" -> "affect the status" (will ask English editor for proofreading)
4. Change "high quality implementation" to "implementation that provides interoperability"
5. It will be useful to clarify the case where SHMEM RMA (e.g., shmem_put) and MPI RMA (e.g., MPI_Put) are accessing the same remote memory location concurrently
