Today we reviewed and discussed active topics in the WG. Below is the resulting list of active proposals and whether they are targeted toward OpenSHMEM 1.5 or 1.6:

OpenSHMEM 1.5:

  • #276 — Symmetric Pointer Text (Jim)
    • Add requirement that buffer is from the same malloc or symmetric heap
  • Per PE fence/quiet (Manju)
  • Per team atomicity

OpenSHMEM 1.6:

  • Memory model
  • Tools interface (Wasi)
