  • PMIx_Get broken for reserved keys

    • Ralph working on doc update
    • Hope to post PR with those changes w/ first level draft early/mid next week
    • Not release standard doc until OpenPMIx v4 is updated, to also ensure things work as expected (hopefully end of Sept on impl)

  • Tool/Debugger Examples

    • Dave/Josh working with debuggers, hit some snags but working issue

  • Ralph: Have filed official retirement date 11-dec-2020

  • Thomas: I did quick sanity test of PRRTE on Theta and prte/prun hostname worked

  • General - Need to replace shared memory system

    • The data stored in memory is packed i.e., not in native formatm, so can not pass a pointer to this data. So must pull it out, unpack, to pass data to someone to avoid having to have everyone have a shared copy.
    • This means we would need to have another shared memory segment for getting at this data.
    • This is a limiter for things, but is lingering issue and becoming a limiting factor. If can contribute to this, let folks know. Need to get this fixed in OpenPMIx
