Ralph working on error notification. Could use help on testing. IBM will add error notification/propagation to the server but likely won't have time to add till after June. Can help test after that.

Discussed the issue again of how pmix objects are handled inside of OMPI (attempting to avoid translation of opal_info_t to pmix_info_t for example). The pmix_value_t have a field with a type constant in the structure, so OMPI has to be aware of the values that PMIX is using in this structure. Depending on how we do this, we have to handle the call chain in ompi rather than allowing pmix to chain them?

Aurelien has a student ready to work on scones (scalable overlay network) code.

Application procs should not need OOB communication once we have error notification available. Goal would be a model where mpirun uses PMIx calls to start processes.
We should always have the option to use RM to send stuff for pmix-server, but should scone also be available?

Tentatively planning to meet next week.
