Minutes:

Going to make a documents section on the wiki and populate it with SIAM slides and prior slides. Annu has some previous meeting notes from before we created the meeting wiki and will post them or send them to Dave for posting.

SCON - Scalable Overlay Network, may be the appropriate place for the reliable broadcast and consensus algorithm to live

Ralph made a change so that PMIx_fence does not hang if some processes failed/exited.

Ralph working on finishing up event notification code in the next few weeks. Branch is public and people are encouraged to take a look at the code.

Not specifically related to events, but Ralph explained how the publish/lookup datastore will be available though the convenience library server if a RM does not want to store these values itself. Of course if the RM wants to use a DHT or something more complex than a central storage it is still on its own.
