We started with a little overview of our current status. Sadly, not much progress since the last meeting due to April priorities and publication deadlines. Stephen introduced himself and explained his role in the OpenMP community, and described the OpenMP "tools" interface as another potential source of connection. We went over the activities of the working group to-date, and there appears to be some overlap with OpenMP working group interests. Stephen offered to help explore those possibilities if we could provide him with some background info prior to an upcoming OpenMP meeting (believe it was scheduled for early May?).

1. Geoffroy to arrange meeting with SNL "RM" project to discuss possible collaboration on APIs for coordinating their "worker pool" of threads
2. Ralph will create a PMIx branch and begin updating it per the RFC
3. Alexandre offered to create a branch and update the OpenMP runtime to support the RFC
4. Aurelien volunteered to send a link to a suggested prototype application

1. Everyone will review the RFC and provide comments!
2. Ralph will continue working on the document to reflect the discussion, provided comments
