Link shortener (yourls software) OpenMRS uses om.rs for short links. These are handled by YOURLS, a PHP app for URL shortening. Data is stored in mysql.
When the om.rs domain was obtained in 2014, it replaced the original http://go.openmrs.org google shortener.
The om.rs domain was purchased through eunethosting.com in 2014 and is renewed annually (each March) by Burke.
