  • Ask them to join Slack chat
  • Ask them to register on XSEDE portal and TACC
  • Include their email on relevant mailing lists

  • Make their GApps (as super admin)
  • Grant access to 1Password creds
  • Access to wordpress
  • Allow permission to person in the ITSM github repository (this one)
  • Deploy their SSH key to relevant servers
  • Add their GPG pub key to terraform and ansible repositories (check readme)
  • Add their user to AWS account
  • Follow this page to grant admin to common systems
  • Add them to dockerhub orgs
  • Add them to bintray org
  • Add them to jfrog org
  • Add them as admin to Slack
  • Raise a support ticket in OSUOSL to be added to OpenMRS group in LDAP
