How to add projects to Coveralls.

  1. Sign in to https://coveralls.io/github/openmrs with your GitHub account.
  2. Go to https://coveralls.io/repos/new
  3. Find the GitHub repo and turn it on.

Note that the SIGN IN and ADD REPOS icons can be found at the left hand side of these pages.
