Recap

Notes

Omaha

Omaha CDS Curbs API public endpoints:

Omaha is already collecting Events now, working on Metrics

Seattle

Working on converting a robust system they already have into CDS

LADOT

LADOT doesn’t have direct ability to manage on street parking

Passport

  • Is working to be CDS compliant and pulling their existing data and systems into CDS.

Philadelphia

  • Is collectively getting CDS Event data with Pebble. 20+ zones, 4K events so far. - Christopher Shelley, Philly

Metrics

Is sessions in Metrics tied to CDS Spaces, or is that language a holdover and general description of what's happening?

GPS

How are people handling GPS alignment with CDS and fleet vehicles?

  • Built so that operators would send along extra data and know what zone they are in, or cameras/sensors know already
  • Can include CDS Areas to include streets and capture double parking for large areas

OpenStreetMap

Vade brings up using OSM to define road structure. Cities can go edit OSM to get accurate alignment and data.
