- fraudsters get access to imap and get into inboxes to then access accounts and other assets
- what would differentiate a legitimate fiduciary and a fraudster?
- (Gary G) Yahoo would look into step-ups if account hasn't been accessed in a while
- (Dean S) in spite of our good intentions here, we need to be aware that we are not aiding fraudsters
- if there is foresight to provide alternatives to those who will be managing an estate, can assist with verifying death / legal access
