Repository Governance

Since the repository is a open collaborative effort. Some changes/additions/deletions to the repository might not be accepted by the moderators. The rules are subject to change as the community grows and issues arise.

1. Changes with profanity or explicit content will be rejected.
2. Changes not following the approved template structure will be rejected.
3. Changes which do not follow the motive of the repository (to promote the transparency in governments) will be rejected.
4. Changes wherein the data points are reiterated/disorganized/assigned to inappropriate departments will be rejected.
5. Pull requests with minor cosmetic changes will be rejected on the discretion of the moderator.

Please note that the moderator is required to cite the reason for rejecting the changes and the contributor is entitled to contact the moderators or raise an issue on the repository citing any issues.

Please note that all contributions should be made to the repository via pull requests from forked repositories.
