Mutation types in cancer driver genes

Subnetwork of driver genes in cancer that integrates the mutation types frequencies observed in the ICGC cancer consortium. Node color indicates the driver role (oncogene or tumor suppressor gene, according OncodriveROLE) whereas the stroke indicates the % of mutation types affecting the gene.

Gene expression subnetwork with Gene Ontology functions
