Collision-Elastic PDU

Collision-Elastic PDUs provide a mechanism for introducing high-fidelity interactions in DIS exercises. It is a specific type of Collision PDU that accounts for linear and rotational momentum transfer, variable elasticity, and surface orientation-dependent momentum transfer. Elastic collisions are handled with an algorithm defined in IEEE 1278.1 section 5.3.4.
