The VIMs and Radio Spectrum resources will be shared between multiple Operators that operate in a specific scenario or area. In this tutorial we will explain how to create a new Operator

Create a new Operator

In order to create a new Operator, log in OOCRAN as admin, password admin and click the nav side panel on "Operators".

Then, click on "Create" and configure the following fields in the pop-up windows:

Full in the fields of the form.

Finally, click on the "Add" button.

Depending of the number of available VIMs the creation of the Operator can take much time, you will know when the creation is done check the colour of the state.
