Our security around the office is sub-par, and I've got a number of things to fix before I would even consider running a security audit. Since our clients' data is paramount, I will start there, and work my way outwards. We have a single-seat PC license, which allows only one concurrent login. It does not, however, prevent us from having multiple user accounts. I've added/updated accounts for everyone!

• intern: An account that will be rotated as interns come and go

Your password should work as you expect it to, but after first login, it should demand a password change. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD!!! Now that we all have our own accounts, there is no need for one password to rule the entire office. That is so insecure and unprofessional. We need professional level services, we need professional level everything.
