ORPROC | Major operating room procedure indicator: (1) major operating room procedure reported on discharge record; (0) no major operating room procedure reported on discharge record PR1-PR15 ICD-9-CM procedures; principal and secondary PRCCS1-PRCCS15 CCS category for all ICD-9-CM procedures PRDAY1-PRDAY15 The day on which the procedure is performed. A value of 0 indicates the day of admission. SERVICELINE All discharges are categorized into five hospitalization types (i.e.; service lines) in the following hierarchical order: (1) maternal/neonatal; (2) mental health/substance abuse disorders; (3) injury; (4) surgical; and (5) medical. |

The values of KEY_NRD are unique in data years 2010–2012; but are overlapping between 2013 and 2014. |
