Action Items from the Last Meeting
Braden
Start Work On Repeating Locs work with Clean FLiBe (NOT COMPLETE)
I have not begun this task as I felt it more prudent that I formulate my entire research plan so that I can put the work into the proper context
Other Actions Taken this Week
Braden
Met with Sophie to discuss the possibility of presenting at the MSR workshop, drafted an email to Dr. Clarno that has not received a response
Drafted a research plan that will help guide my work
Met with Jorge and discussed his interest in our work
Questions for Upcoming Meeting
Was there a particular reason Loc Used scale?
Plans for Next Week
Implement Research plan using Issues on Github and Git Lab
Dive into how I can turn Locs work into conference ready work for Undergraduates.
Meet with Dr. Clarno Regarding Research Plan
run Clean Flibe at temperature, make a nice graph to practice data interpretation from Thermochimica
Follow up on the possibility of combining databases
Meeting Notes M-D-YYYY
Locs work is to demonstrate the capabilities of the code.
Redox is more interesting, perhaps do bothredox and phase diagram investigations
Another thing would be interesting is exploring how to use the Thermophysical database, there is Saline which should interface with MSTDBTP, but was not working last Ondrej checked.
A Pip install of Saline may work better
Once I start using the MSTDBTP I can explore how to make a heat map of properties across various salt conditions. It would be interesting to explore how these two databases can be interfaced
Scale is primary licensing code
Apply for Serpent and MCMP (after talking with Dr. Clarno) Maybe
For Jorge Wait for anything specific until after NDA is signed, get PSAR and make infinite pin cell model of the channel surrounded by the graphite.
Get the PSAR for Natura and NRC, or ask Dr. Chvala.
If he gets approved by clarno, I could send him to Dr. Chvala
