Installation:

1. Download a stable release from GitHub. Or the latest development version by click Code->Download ZIP (or clone the repo if you know what that means.)
2. Extract to a assistant.koplugin folder under your KOReader plugins directory:
   • Kobo: .adds/koreader/plugins/
   • Kindle: koreader/plugins/
   • PocketBook: applications/koreader/plugins/
   • Android: koreader/plugins/
3. Create/modify configuration.lua as needed.
