• What went well

  • We did use g2p in three different tumor boards, chris corlis , smmart 101, pancreatic
  • Increased communications from VICC team
  • Alex W able to analyze data
  • Added sage as a datastore
  • v0.4 pushed
  • Brian W able to take time off

• What didn't go so well

  • We didn't communicate (meet) that often
  • GM not invited to VICC meeting
  • BW not invited to tumor boards
  • Too many open issues

• What to change

  • Meet during SMMART standup (GM to invite BW if appropriate)
