Objective
The goal of this Pack is to give an overview of what our FCs' work can bring to our customers' project implementation. We aim to upsell those customers for the full implementation once they can really evaluate the help we can bring to their company's transformation.Our main focus on those Packs is to bring as much added value as possible to our customers in such a limited amount of time.
In which context do we sell a starter pack to the client?

- As a first starter pack (only 1 pack)
- For New Customers and New Database
- For small companies sized between 1-5 employees
- No budget for 25 hours pack
- Project implementation with fully standard flows
- SPOC is IT-friendly

- For existing customers with a Success Pack
- As an upsell to finish a project
What should be implemented?

- Train the customer on a specific, standard and manual workflow
- Basic configurations required: set up of the database (Database creation, users invitation, how to create a contact, a product,...)
- βThis is how you are going to work in Odooβ
β DON'Ts
- Configurations to automate the workflow (pricelists, payment terms, access rights, record rules)
- Data Importation
- Customization & Development (presales, etc.)
- PoC, Q&A, ...
Put it in Practice
- Communication is KEY! For Both internal and external.
- Timesheets as usual. No split on sub-tasks.
- Documentation: only the minimum required, bullet points are enough.
- Record the online meetings.
SPOC
SPoC will play a key role in the implementation of Starter Packs
The role of the SPoC is to get involved in the project and be proactive in the implementation
Qualities of a good SPoC:
- Tech savvy
- Decision power or quick access to it in the company
- In-line with the deliverables discussed during the sales
