• New status: Epic. It used to include all the abstract parent tasks. Therefore we can use those epic tasks to create child tasks in New status.
• Title: Add region ISO code before title, e.g., for Hong Kong, added [HK] and then follow by your task title.
• Tag: Add the country tag on each task, so it will be easier to see the country for each task
• Always update your task status, it will help the others the track the task.
• Update all the on hold tasks status, if it is not necessary, either cancel them or even archive them.
